Advisory Board Structure

The NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing is guided by a dynamic advisory board structure designed to provide strategic, academic, and practical insights. The Faculty Advisory Board offers academic expertise and helps shape the research agenda and our work internal to NYU. The Strategic Advisory Board bring operational knowledge, thought leadership and support roundtables and convenings, ensuring the Initiative’s ongoing relevance. The External Advisory Board, composed of HR and industry leaders, bridges the gap between academia and practice, offering real-world perspectives and opportunities for engagement.
