Our annual convening aims to elevate key insights from academia and best practices within organizations on topics related to building a workplace of greater meaning and wellbeing. Aligning with the Initiative's core value to bridge theory and practice, academics, researchers, business leaders and practitioners gather to explore questions related to creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.

A panel discussion and celebration for the publication of The Creativity Leap, 2nd Edition: Unleash Curiosity, Improvisation, and Intuition at Work by Dr. Natalie W. Nixon, PhD, creativity strategist and CEO of Figure 8 Thinking.

The event includes a reception and features a panel discussion exploring creativity, leadership, and the future of work in the age of AI.
