Professor Suzy Welch, Director
Professor Suzy Welch is a Professor of Management Practice at NYU Stern School of Business where she serves as the Director of the Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing where provides strategic leadership for the Initiative, guiding both academic and operational priorities. She teaches the popular self-discovery course, “Becoming You,” and a management course focused on building purpose driven leaders.
Dustin Liu, Senior Associate Director
Dustin Liu serves as the Senior Associate Director for the initiative, leading the strategic direction of the organization, encouraging connections between research and practice, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the design and implementation of the Initiative’s programming.
