Professor Suzy Welch is a Professor of Management Practice at NYU Stern School of Business where she serves as the Director of the Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing where provides strategic leadership for the Initiative, guiding both academic and operational priorities. She teaches the popular self-discovery course, “Becoming You,” and a management course focused on building purpose driven leaders.
