Code of Conduct

A pledge to uphold Stern's values

Code of Conduct

The NYU Stern Code of Conduct is a commitment to uphold the values that are integral to our community. This document is a pledge that reflects the importance of engagement between students, faculty and alumni as lifelong partners in the process of learning, debate and discovery. Academic and personal integrity are central to this mission.

All MBA students review and sign the code of conduct as part of their MBA orientation program. We encourage students to also review the University Conduct Policies and the Stern Judiciary Committee process.

A copy of the NYU Stern Code of Conduct can be found here.

In the event of a suspected Code of Conduct infraction, please contact a faculty member, or reach out to Dean of Students Beth Briggs, the Judiciary Committee member from the Office of Student Engagement at bbriggs@stern.nyu.edu.
