Designed to Deliver

The specialized format allows students to complete a full-time MBA in one year. Graduate with a focus in fashion or luxury, or both, through core coursework and experiential learning projects that are built into the 52-credit curriculum.

Business Core
Business core courses include Leadership, Economics, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Statistics, Accounting, and Professional & Corporate Social Responsibilty.  

Fashion & Luxury Core
Fashion & Luxury core courses include Retail Strategy & Analytics, Luxury Marketing, Retail Operations & Supply Chain Management, Next Generation Fashion, and Consumer Behavior.

Stern Solutions
Tapping into NYU Stern's location in the heart of the global business ecosystem, Stern Solutions brings students and faculty together with industry leading companies to solve real business challenges in real time. Stern Solutions is built into every aspect of the Fashion & Luxury MBA curriculum to help students build a portfolio of skill sets, relationships, and experiences that will serve as the foundation for successful careers. Through the curriculum, students were exposed to a range of companies of different sizes both in NYC and abroad through company projects, visits, guest lectures and skills-based workshops.

Projects are required, for credit, and provide students with the opportunity to solve a range of real-world problems at the intersection of tech and business. Projects are conducted in partnership with Fashion & Luxury Council companies in addition to other top names in tech. Learn more.

Elective Courses
Students can select to pursue electives in their functional area, or take courses in areas of interest.
