Join the NYU Stern New Jersey Regional Alumni Group and your fellow alumni for a panel discussion with marketing experts about how brand loyalty will be impacted across a variety of industries, from hospitality to consulting, as we transition to a post-pandemic world.  This panel discussion will be moderated by Russell Winer, William H. Joyce Professor of Marketing and Deputy Chair of the NYU Stern Marketing Department.

Speaker Bios: 

Brad Mehl is Chief Marketing Officer of Coleman Research, a global provider of insights to leading institutional investors and consulting firms. He is responsible for marketing, sales enablement and the company’s events business. Brad has 25+ years of experience as a GM and marketing leader in Private Equity and VC-backed growth companies, with multiple exits for a combined $2 billion. He specializes in growth and transformation for technology and data-driven B2B companies.

Brad is a former board member of the Software and Information Industry Association (Software division) and founder of Lively, a digital platform for live events. He holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and B.S. from Cornell University.
Aynat Ravin’s career has evolved through the years, and she leads Marriott’s M Live:  Real-Time Command Center where she has spearheaded initiatives that focus on the intersection of Data, Technology and how that translates into the Creative. Aynat ensures that the Command Center’s technologies remain at the cutting edge and are primed for innovative implementation. Engaging new partners with exclusive technologies and leveraging them in real-time activations and Surprise+Delights spanning Marriott’s 30+ brands, Aynat builds the real-time marketing practice with an eye towards value and impact.

At Marriott, Aynat has also worked in the Global Partnership Group, managing relationships with the NFL, HBO, American Express, Visa, and Hertz.  Recognizing the immense value and influence of social media, she pivoted her role to include social media strategy and analytics with the Marriott Buzz Marketing team.  Prior to Marriott, Aynat attended the University of Maryland, consulted at Accenture, worked at American Express in New York, and received her MBA from Columbia Business School.
Lisa Routel is a Marketing Strategy Executive with experience developing and executing integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns and strategies within industries spanning from telecom, automotive, media, and retail. In her current role, she is responsible for leading communications, promotions, and member experiences for Verizon Up, Verizon’s award-winning loyalty program which offers rewards ranging from top branded gift cards to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Verizon Up has won 10 Loyalty 360 Awards in the past two years, and Lisa has personally been recognized with Verizon Spotlight Rewards for going far above and beyond and demonstrating Verizon’s Core Values. Along with her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, Lisa also holds a BS in Chemistry from Gettysburg College, as well as Certificates from Columbia Business School and Wharton Executive Education.

Lisa volunteers her time and is active within the NYU Stern Alumni community. She has been a Committee Member of the NYU Stern Alumni Chapter of New Jersey for a decade and has been its Vice Chair of Programming for several years. She has also been a Committee Member of the SWIB Alumnae Group, as well as an NYU Alumni Ambassador for Verizon.
