  1. Meta’s Internal Research: Our lab analyzed thousands of internal Meta and identified 35 internal Meta studies that collectively show that the company knew their products were harming adolescents. 
  2. Harris Poll Survey – Gen Z 
    In 2024, we launched three surveys with the Harris Poll to assess young adults’, pre-teens’, and parents’ beliefs about the impact of smartphones and social media use. The Gen Z survey was administered to young adults in the U.S. aged 18-27. 
  3. Harris Poll Survey – Parents 
    The parent version of the Harris Poll Survey is designed to assess U.S. parents’ beliefs and concerns about how time spent on smartphones and social media impacts their children.
  4. Toolkit for Assessing Phones in Schools (TAPS)
    We collaborated with the Stanford Social Media Lab to develop a set of surveys designed to evaluate the impact of school phone policies.
