In this day long simulation students work in teams that compete in a quickly evolving industry. Each team is assigned an individual coach that observers, reflects back, and debriefs the team dynamics throughout the day. The purpose of the simulation is to develop students’ leadership and teamwork skills by allowing them to try out behaviors and roles that they might not otherwise take on, and to potentially fail, in a supportive low-stakes environment.
