Industry experts discussed why the firms’ consulting revenues are increasing and whether the practice poses a conflict of interest.

The OFR, established as a result of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, created the committee to provide advice, recommendations, analysis and information to the OFR.
