As Vice President of Global Business Operations at the National Basketball Association, Diane Gotua focuses on strategy and business development for the NBA’s international business. Diane has led the formation of various strategic partnerships including the formation of NBA Africa, the establishment of the Basketball Africa League (BAL), establishment of the Reliance Foundation-Jr. NBA program in India, Econet Media in Africa, and the NBA Experience at Disney Springs in Orlando.

Andrew Hamilton became the 16th President of New York University on January 1, 2016. Before coming to NYU, Dr. Hamilton served as the Vice Chancellor of Oxford University - the university’s senior-most officer - a post he held since 2009. Prior to Oxford, Dr. Hamilton served as Provost (2004–08) of Yale University; he had previously been Yale’s deputy provost for science and technology. Dr. Hamilton is an award-winning, widely published chemist, and he continues to maintain his scholarly work.

Raghu Sundaram has been the Dean of the Leonard N. School of Business since January 2018, following two years as Vice Dean of MBA Programs & Online Learning (2016-17). He has been a member of the Stern faculty since 1996 and was formerly at the University of Rochester from 1988-96. Raghu has a long record of service to Stern and the University, including a two-year stint (2012-14) as the chair of the Tenured and Tenure-Track Faculty Senators Council.

J.P. Eggers joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations in July 2008. Professor Eggers teaches the core M.B.A. strategy class and a strategy capstone elective. Professor Eggers's research interests focus on technological change, decision-making under uncertainty and new product development. Prior to his academic career, Professor Eggers was a strategy consultant with two firms, Kurt Salmon Associates and Viant, Inc.

Conor Grennan is Dean of Students for the MBA program at Stern School of Business. Before Stern, Conor spent 8 years in Prague and Brussels at the EastWest Institute, a think tank focused on international conflict resolution. Conor founded of Next Generation Nepal, a non-profit dedicated to rescuing and reconnecting trafficked children in Nepal. While earning his MBA at Stern, Conor wrote the NY Times bestselling memoir, Little Princes: One Man’s Promise to Bring Home the Lost Children of Nepal.

Nate Pettit is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizations. He currently teaches the core course "Leadership in Organizations" in the full-time MBA program, having previously taught undergraduate and PhD students at Stern. He serves on the advisory council of the Leadership Development Program and is the faculty representative for the MBA student podcast, Stern Chats.

Dr. Gary Fraser is Associate Dean for Diversity & Inclusion at NYU Stern. Previously, he was Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at UCLA Anderson, Assistant Dean of the MBA Program at USC Marshall, and was Assistant Dean of the Office of Career Development (2000-2004) and Associate Dean of Student Affairs & Dean of Students (2004-2012) at NYU Stern. He received his Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, his MBA from NYU Stern, and his B.S. is from Syracuse University.

Joseph Garcia is a Program Manager at Facebook. He's spent three years at Facebook Inc., working on both the Facebook and Instagram Apps. Before joining Facebook, Joseph was a math teacher as part of Teach for America. Joseph decided to pursue his MBA in 2015, graduating as a proud Sternie in 2017. During his summer internship, Joseph worked as a consultant with Clinton Foundation in Haiti an Experiential Learning opportunity.

Brian Shimmerlik launched his first company in 2003 at the age of 19, and that was not his last venture. Brian launched Vengo in 2012 and has led the Company for nearly a decade, leading all aspects including fundraising, strategy, management, and product. Vengo currently serves as a unique media platform in 1,500 locations reaching 33mm monthly impressions. Brian received his MBA in Finance & Marketing from NYU Stern.

Sarabeth Tukey is an Executive Search Consultant with Russell Reynolds Associates, working closely with multinational Fortune 500 and leading private equity organizations to connect them to the world’s top talent. Sarabeth specializes in executive assignments across general management, operations and supply chain, and strategy. Sarabeth holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Jennifer Wynn is a cross-sector leader and advisor driving organizational transformation, strategic clarity, inclusion, new ways of working, and culture change in the social, private, and public sectors. She is the founder of Wynn Strategies, a consultancy focused on transformation, change leadership, and healing in human enterprises. She has an MBA from NYU Stern School, where she graduated with distinction.

Srikanth Jagabathula is Associate Professor of Technology, Operations, and Statistics at NYU Stern. He works at the intersection of operations management and machine learning. He has received six “Best Paper” awards, a CAREER award from the NSF, POMS Wickham Skinner Early-Career Researcher Award, and the IIT Bombay President of India Gold Medal. He was also named one of the Poets & Quants 40 Best Business Professors Under 40.

L. Taylor Phillips joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Management & Organizations in July 2016. Professor Phillips’ research investigates diversity and hierarchy management with a focus on engaging traditionally privileged groups in diversity efforts and identifying methods to increase cooperation between the advantaged and disadvantaged. She received her Ph.D. and B.A. from Stanford University.

Alexi Savov is an Associate Professor of Finance and the Bank and Financial Analysts Faculty Fellow at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Professor Savov’s research is in the areas of financial intermediation, macro finance, and capital markets. His most recent work focuses on the transmission of monetary policy through the financial system. Professor Savov earned his BA from Washington University in St. Louis and his MBA and PhD from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Tensie Whelan is a Clinical Professor of Business and Society and the Director of the Center for Sustainable Business at NYU Stern School of Business since 2015, where she is bringing her 25 years of experience working on local, national and international environmental and sustainability issues to engage businesses in proactive and innovative mainstreaming of sustainability. Prior to Stern, Tensie was president of the Rainforest Alliance.
