Budget Appeal Form

Please click on the link at the bottom of the page to download the Budget Appeal Form. Be sure to return the application and the supporting documentation to the Stern Graduate Financial Aid Office.

Students who face higher costs due to extenuating circumstances may request a budget increase by submitting a formal appeal. If approved, the budget increase would allow students to borrow additional loan funds, subject to credit approval. Please review the Budget Appeal Process page for additional information.


Fall Semester Deadline: Friday, November 30, 2012
Spring Semester Deadline: Friday, April 12, 2013
Last Day for Accepting Federal Loans on NYU Albert: Monday, April 29, 2013
