Students are required to take 60 Credits to complete the MBA program (full-time and part-time). Students in their last semester of study will be permitted to take up to 3 extra credits free of charge. This will be communicated to the graduating students at the beginning of the registration period of their last semester.
This free class, however, cannot advance credit standing necessary for financial aid. For instance, if a part-time student needs 4.5 credits to graduate, i.e. to complete the 60-credit program, and a 1.5 or 3 credit free class is taken, this student does NOT qualify for Federal Stafford loans (nor certain private loans) in their last semester of study.
