The Military Veterans Scholarship
The Military Veterans Scholarship is awarded to exceptional candidates and covers full tuition and fees for two years of study in the Full-time MBA program. All U.S. military members and veterans of the U.S. armed forces are considered.
The Stern Military Service Scholarship
We are pleased to offer the Stern Military Service Scholarship to a first-year, Full-time MBA student who is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. This scholarship is applied to Stern tuition for the first year of study and ranges from $10,000 to $30,000. The scholarship assists students in using their unique military backgrounds to contribute to the business community and become leaders in the Stern community. Stern Military Service Scholars use their leadership skills to serve as role models to their Stern peers. Yellow Ribbon Program
NYU Stern is pleased to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program. This program is available to veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces who are 100% eligible for the new Post 9/11 GI Bill. During the 2013-2014 academic year, Stern will contribute a total of 25 scholarships of up to $10,000 per year to MBA students. The Veterans Administration will match these funds for a potential total award of $20,000 per year. Yellow Ribbon recipients will receive the funds for the duration of their MBA tenure. Advanced Civil Schooling Award
Any Full-time MBA admitted student who is having a portion of tuition paid for by the military through Advanced Civil Schooling (ACS), or a similar program, is eligible to apply for this award. The amount of the award will vary depending on the level of tuition support from the military. If selected for the award, it will cover any shortfall between the cost of NYU Stern tuition and the tuition funding from the military. Students must apply after admission to the program, but prior to enrolling. Veterans United Foundation Scholarship
The Veterans United Foundation is committed to enhancing the lives of our nation’s military veterans, as well as their families. The program will be awarding twenty bi-annual $2,000 scholarships to help pay for tuition and books.
