On behalf of the students, faculty, and staff of the Chao-Hon Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance, welcome to NYU for the Berkadia NYU Stern Real Estate Investment Case Competition. We look forward to hosting you, some of the best and brightest graduate students from across the country, on our campus and in our great city for three days of vibrant and collegial competition, industry engagement, cultural immersion, and new friendships.
