2025/2026 Conference Calendar Announced

The Chen Institute has announced its schedule of national and global conferences for the 2025/2026 academic year, expanding its slate of industry-leading forums with new conferences focussing on private capital and apartment finance and investment.
Spanning eight programs from September 2025 through June 2026, the season brings together investors, lenders, policymakers, academics and technology leaders on both sides of the Atlantic. While flagship events return—such as the Symposium on Innovation & Sustainable Real Estate—two new additions anchor the autumn calendar: a closed-door Private Capital Strategies Symposium that examines GP-stakes, continuation vehicles and other liquidity solutions, and an Apartment Finance and Investment Summit devoted to capital formation in the multifamily sector. Together, the line-up reflects the Institute’s widened lens on real asset finance, real estate's digital transformation, and industry leadership.

Most programs open general registration 60 days in advance; the Private Capital Symposium and Case Competition events remain invitation-only.
Annual sponsorship opportunities provide year-round visibility across all conferences and help fund student scholarships and applied research. Interested organisations should contact the Institute’s events office for details.
