Chao-Hon Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance

The Chen Institute MBA Fellows Program recognizes and supports a select cohort of Stern MBA students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance, professional achievement, and a commitment to leadership in real estate. Open to full-time, part-time, and executive MBA students in the final year of their studies, the program offers a  platform for engagement with industry leaders and scholars, connecting Fellows to the broader community of the Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance.

Launched in 2022, the program has grown into a dynamic initiative centered on leadership development, professional exposure, and meaningful contribution.
