Paul Shapiro will join the Fubon Center for Technology, Business, and Innovation, on Thursday, January 30th to talk about the massive changes underway in the food industry. He will explain why and how the agricultural production of animals for food is being displaced by plant-based proteins, meat grown with amino acids and more. He will also talk about the opportunities and obstacles faced by both existing competitors and innovative new entrants in the meat space. Paul will be interviewed by NYU Stern Professor Melissa Schilling, the Director of the Fubon Center's Innovation Initiative.
