Bruno Bich is Chairman and CEO of Societe Bic, a leading manufacturer of stationary products, lighters and shavers. Since January 1992, Mr. Bich has served as Chairman and CEO of Bic Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of Société Bic, and for nine years prior to that, he was President and CEO.

Michael Eskew is Chairman and CEO of United Parcel Service, the world's largest package distribution company and logistics provider. Mr. Eskew began his UPS career in 1972 and since then has continued his advancement in various staff and operations positions.

Dick Grasso has been chairman and chief executive officer of the New York Stock Exchange since June 1, 1995. From 1988 to 1995, he was president and chief operating officer.
