15-Minute Meditation on Wednesdays @ Stern

Take a pause during your workday and join Meditation on Wednesdays @ Stern. This bi-weekly, guided meditation experience is designed to promote focus, embodiment, and relaxation, with approximately 15 minutes of meditation each session. Open to all members of the NYU Stern community. No reservation is required—simply show up. Please arrive on time, as the meditation begins promptly and lasts only 15 minutes.
