Workshop on Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy
The Workshop on Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy is an annual three-day in-person program that offers participants a unique opportunity to learn how to navigate corporate distress from and network with thought-leaders across multiple disciplines in the bankruptcy and restructuring communities. This seminar-format symposium targets lawyers, bankers and investors interested in an in-depth analysis of bankruptcy and restructuring topics.
Here is past feedback from participants:
I wanted to thank you so much for a very stimulating and rigorous workshop. The sessions were so well-curated . . . and of great value to someone like myself who’s been in the industry but somewhat new and looking to get a wider perspective. It was a huge success!
- Anisha Anand (Miller Buckfire)
I thoroughly enjoyed the world-class professionals that gave their time and presented at the Workshop. The discussions and presentations made complex topics more digestible, and provided me with a roadmap to apply bankruptcy/distressed debt investing principles and concepts to real-world practice. I was also able to make many meaningful connections with financial advisors, investment bankers, hedge fund managers, and other attorneys in the distressed debt space—and I look forward to maintaining and developing those relationships.
