On August 4, 5 and 6, 2025 the Initiative hosted its annual Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Workshop at NYU Stern's Henry Kaufman Management Center.
The Workshop welcomed over 50 participants from a diverse set of financial and legal
backgrounds from the US and abroad to participate in a 3-day intensive program led by
expert faculty and practitioners. The Workshop hosted two networking receptions for
participants including a Judges Reception that included local bankruptcy judges.
This year’s Workshop was co-sponsored by Guggenheim and Sullivan & Cromwell.
