Office of Stern Life | Stern Working Parents

Stern Working Parents

Balancing work, family, and academic life comes with unique opportunities and challenges. Stern Working Parents, an initiative of the Office of Stern Life, connects students, faculty, staff, and alumni who are navigating the responsibilities of parenthood with resources, practical guidance, and opportunities to build community. Drawing on services and programs from across NYU and beyond, our goal is to support working parents at every stage of their journey, foster meaningful connections, and create a more inclusive, flexible, and supportive Stern community where parents and families can thrive.

Special thanks to Andrea Panichi, Associate Director at NYU Stern, and Jessica Alves, NYU Stern MBA Class of 2028, whose dedication, hard work, and contributions helped bring the Stern Working Parents resource page to life.
