The NYU Stern Private Equity Club (SPEC) will host the 11th Annual Stern Venture Capital and Private Equity Conference, themed "Changing Gears to Create Value: Outperforming the Benchmark," on Friday, March 4.

On Friday, February 26, the Latin American Business Associations (LABA) of NYU Stern and Columbia Business School will host their inaugural joint conference, themed “Latin America: Navigating Uncertainty.”

On February 19, 2016, the social enterprise student organizations of New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, School of Law, and Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service will host the Sixth Annual NYU Social Innovation Symposium (SIS).

On Friday, February 5, Stern Women in Business (SWIB) will host its 24th annual conference, themed "Strengths of Women in Business." This year's conference will feature a keynote talk from Susan L. Jurevics (MBA '96), CEO of Pottermore from J.K. Rowling, moderated by CNBC reporter Courtney Reagan (MBA '13).

From Tuesday, November 10 to Thursday, November 12, the Military Veterans Club will host events in celebration of its first annual Veterans Week.

On Friday, November 6, the Graduate Marketing Association (GMA) will host its 2015 conference, themed "Engaging Consumers: Differentiating Where It Matters Most."

On Friday, October 30, the Association of Hispanic and Black Business Students (AHBBS) will host the 2nd Annual Diversity Case Competition in partnership with Stern Women in Business (SWIB), Graduate Finance Association (GFA), OutClass, Management Consulting Association (MCA) and the Military Veteran's Club (MVC).

On Friday, October 23, the Graduate Finance Association will host its 20th annual conference, themed "Navigating the New Financial Landscape."

On Friday, October 16, the Luxury & Retail Club will hold its ninth annual conference, themed "Redefining Luxury." The conference will feature a fireside chat with Julie Rice and Elizabeth Cutler of SoulCycle as well as a keynote speech by Rebecca Minkoff.

Stern's Asian Business Society (ABS) will host the club's annual conference on Friday April 24. Themed, "Global footprints of Asian Companies," the conference will feature directors from growing global Asian companies who will share their experiences of expansion into Western markets.

Two teams from NYU Stern were among the 10 finalists in the Morgan Stanley Sustainable Investing Challenge, which seeks to develop institutional-quality investment vehicles that produce positive environmental or social impact in addition to competitive financial returns.

On Friday, April 10, Stern's Entrepreneurs Exchange club (EEX) will host "EEX Engage."

The MBA Media & Entertainment Conference (MEC) is a joint effort of students in the MBA programs at Columbia Business School, NYU Stern, Wharton, MIT Sloan, and Duke Fuqua. The conference is an annual event for MBA students exploring careers in media, entertainment, and technology-related industries.

The Stern Investment Management & Research (SIMR) club will host the 14th Annual NYU Stern SIMR Conference on Friday, March 27, 2015. Themed, “Investing in a Post-Fed World,” the conference will offer the opportunity to hear from distinguished speakers and panelists on idea generation and the best investment ideas in today's markets.

NYU Stern’s chapter of The Adam Smith Society (TASS) was awarded Chapter of the Year at TASS’s National Meeting. The award recognizes the success of Stern’s chapter in the number and quality of on-campus events and in the growth of their membership.

On March 6, NYU Stern's Luxury & Retail Club and Social Enterprise Association will co-host the annual Think Social Drink Local event.

On Friday, February 6, Stern Women in Business (SWIB) will host their 23rd annual conference, themed, "The Economics of Success: Joint Advocacy for Better Business."

On Friday, November 21st, the Stern Healthcare Association (SHA) will host its Annual Healthcare Summit. The theme for this year's conference is Healthcare 2020: Innovating for the Next Decade.

A team of NYU Stern students organized by the Stern Investment Management and Research (SIMR) club won first place in Cornell's MBA Stock Pitch Challenge in November. Owen Gilmore, Ziv Israel and Jerry Jiang took home the prize with their respective stock pitches for going long on TIF (Tiffany & Co.), LKQ (LKQ Corp., a replacement car parts manufacturer) and NXPI (NXP Semiconductors).

A team of NYU Stern students, sponsored by the Stern Energy Club, won first place in the inaugural National Low Carbon Case Competition hosted by the Yale School of Management on November 14.

The First Annual Conference of Stern’s European Business Society (EBS), themed, "The European Recovery: Myth or Reality?" will address current dynamics, challenges and opportunities in the region.
