Vincent C. Ross earned his undergraduate degree from the NYU School of Commerce, Accounts, and Finance in 1921. His career was mainly with Prentice-Hall Inc., where he rose quickly to treasurer and executive vice president, and retired as the Company's Vice Chairman. In 1971, Mr. Ross established and endowed the Vincent C. Ross Institute of Accounting Research. With his generous donation, the Center has maintained an active program of research, education, and scholarships over the last 50 years. We are proud to be celebrating both the Centennial of our benefactor and the Golden Anniversary of the Institute.
