Becky Karsh
Becky Karsh is the Vice President of Talent and Growth at F5, where she leads global strategies across performance, talent management, learning, and leadership development. Her work focuses on creating environments that enable high performance while unlocking growth for both people and organizations. An expert in leadership, learning, and the future of work, Becky partners with leaders to navigate the complexity of the modern workplace and build cultures that balance business outcomes with humanity.
Prior to F5, she held senior leadership roles at Snap and Uber. She served as Senior Director of Talent Development at Snap, and at Uber was among the earliest members of the talent development team, eventually leading the global People and Organizational Development function as the company scaled from 4,000 to 35,000 employees. Becky brings a unique blend of experience from teaching, entrepreneurship, and leadership across organizations of all sizes—from early-stage startups to global tech companies—with a consistent focus on the human side of work. With a background in arts education, she approaches development with creativity and curiosity, designing learning experiences that inspire real change. Her philosophy centers on empathy, coaching, and a growth mindset, driven by a mission to build inquisitive, high-performing, and inclusive workplaces where people can do the best work of their careers.
Becky holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and three children.
