Victor Saad is an entrepreneur, coach, and talent leader focused on helping people navigate periods of transition. In 2012, he designed his own master’s education by completing 12 projects in 12 months, an endeavor he called The Leap Year Project. The experience culminated in a self-staged graduation at a local TEDx event and the publication of a book featuring community stories centered on the power of learning through risk.

Following that year, Victor collaborated with a group of talented leaders to launch Experience Institute, an organization dedicated to helping college students and career professionals learn and grow through projects and experiences that develop the most essential skills for life and work. In 2015, Victor was inducted into Forbes 30 Under 30 in the field of education. He subsequently joined Stanford’s School of Engineering as a Lecturer in Design, where he helped students reimagine learning through experience. Over time, the program he helped build evolved from a non-credit elective into a core course for all juniors in the Stanford d.school.

Today, Victor serves as Chairman of the Board at Experience Institute and as Chief Talent Officer at NextGen Growth Partners, where he helps founders and CEOs grow and transition their businesses by partnering with Entrepreneurs in Residence.
