Dr. Noémie Le Pertel, EdD, MS, MPH Global Health & Resilience Leader, Partner, Chief Flourishing Officer (Global Consulting), Multinational Advisory, Mercer Marsh Benefits. Dr. Le Pertel specializes in global workforce health and human flourishing for global multinational organizations designing evidence-based strategy for flourishing leaders, workforces, organizations. A trusted advisor to the C-suite, Dr. Le Pertel provides a data-driven approach to leadership development and change, designing transformation initiatives and aligning organizational wellbeing strategy with business outcomes to create a culture of health, human flourishing, and sustainable high performance. Dr. Le Pertel also serves as a senior fellow and founding chair for the Human Flourishing Network’s Economics of Wellbeing & Global Flourishing, Sustainability & Organizational Flourishing Interest Groups, housed at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science at Harvard University. She is an affiliate research scientist at SHINE, housed in the Human Flourishing Program, where she also serves as a researcher on the Harvard team for the Global Flourishing Study—a collaboration between Harvard University, Gallup, and Baylor University—the largest global panel study on wellbeing of its kind measuring human flourishing around the world. Dr. Le Pertel founded and served as CEO for the Institute for Global Flourishing, consulting and providing coaching and leadership development for multinationals and governments around the world. Prior to working on organizational and global systems, Dr. Le Pertel worked as a doctor of East Asian Integrative Medicine, treating patients across a number of health care systems including Columbia University Irving Medical Center, NYU Langone, Montefiore, Lutheran, and Mount Sinai Beth Israel as well as running clinics for staff at the United Nations.
