Sandra Buchanan
Sandra “Sandee” Buchanan is Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Tradeweb Markets (Nasdaq: TW). She leads the firm’s global talent strategy, driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while strengthening Tradeweb’s culture of collaboration and excellence. Prior to joining Tradeweb in 2025, Buchanan served for seven years as Chief Human Resources Officer at GCM Grosvenor. Earlier in her career, she was Global Head of Human Resources for Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America and held senior HR and talent leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase. Buchanan earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BBA from Baruch College. She also serves on the boards of the Harlem School of the Arts, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and Angi Inc.
