Andy Ng

Andy Ng has always been passionate about how we learn, gather, and engage around issues of identity, personal and professional development, and community.
Combining rigorous program management, deep listening, and a bias towards experimentation, his work has flexed across internal business operations, client-facing engagements, and creative/experience design and execution at Harry's, The Center for Creative Leadership, Google, and SYPartners.
Andy is currently at BetterUp, the world’s largest mental health and coaching startup, where he leads communications for their global network of over 4,000 coaches.
Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Andy is the son of modest Chinese immigrants who instilled in him a deep work ethic and respect for education. He holds an Ed.M. in Technology, Innovation & Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in English with honors from NYU. He has been recognized as a Bill & Melinda Gates Millennium Scholar, Dalai Lama Fellow, Startingbloc Fellow and since 2023 has served on the NYU Alumni Association’s Board of Directors where he co-chairs the Recent Alumni and Student Programs Committee.
Outside of work, Andy is an avid tennis and RuPaul's Drag Race fan, and he and his fiancé happily call NYC home again.
