Mason Hults is a workplace consultant and leadership advisor who specializes in translating Gallup’s behavioral science into practical strategies for purpose, performance and flourishing—at both the individual and organizational level. Grounded in Gallup’s decades of research on wellbeing, human development, strengths and engagement, Mason partners with leaders to turn insights into action, building cultures where people thrive and purpose drives results. 

As a Leadership Development Consultant at Gallup, Mason delivers transformational programs on wellbeing, CliftonStrengths, coaching for performance, and employee engagement in English, Spanish and Portuguese. His consulting approach integrates strengths-based psychology with organizational engagement science, equipping leaders and teams to navigate complexity, resolve conflict and grow through change. 

Mason holds a master’s degree in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. A long-time practitioner of nonviolent communication (NVC), Mason also brings deep expertise in conflict resolution and mediation across cultures and contexts.
