Stern Women in Business (SWIB) is a distinctive organization that is committed to promoting women-identifying students’ personal and professional development through social, networking, and educational opportunities. Stern consistently recruits one of the highest percentages of women among top tier business schools, and SWIB is proud to represent this incredible group of women.
Our goal is to cultivate an informed, active, supportive MBA community for women-identifying persons, and, in doing so, to be a positive force for gender equality in the world beyond Stern. Our membership includes women and male identifying students in the full-time, Langone, and Executive and Focused MBA programs, and extends to Stern’s powerful alumni network.
