Valisha Graves

Executive Director, Consumer & Community Banking, Digital - API Marketplace, JP Morgan Chase

Valisha Graves is an Executive Director in Consumer & Community Banking at JP Morgan Chase on the API Marketplace team within Digital & Connected Commerce.

Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, she was at Morgan Stanley for 16 years starting as a Product Manager on the ModelWare innovation team responsible for a portfolio of Fintech applications - Stock Valuation, Supply Chain, Profitability Maps, Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and Cross Asset Analytics. She also served as the Business Technology Officer for Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets and in Wealth Management she managed the execution of the Wealth Management One Client data strategy and led the Account Onboarding Fraud Controls and Product Strategy team.

In 2019, she was selected as a 92nd Street Y Women inPower Fellow. Valisha helped launch EDIT (Enhancing Diversity in Technology) at Morgan Stanley, the first Wall Street forum aimed at Black and Latino technologists. Valisha is the Chair of PCCW (President’s Council of Cornell Women) and a member of the Cornell University Council.

She has an MBA from Columbia University and an AB in Government/International Relations from Cornell University. She has lectured on Fintech Strategy and Fintech Payments at Columbia, Case Western Weatherhead and UMass Lowell Manning business schools.
