Event Technology

The Classroom and Event Technology Group (CETG) is able to provide media and audio/visual services for your event needs.

Event Technology requests should be submitted as early as possible, preferably at least one week prior to the event. Event Technology requests should be submitted online through Virtual EMS.

Some services that CETG provides include:
  • Wireless lapel microphones
  • Handheld microphones
  • Video conferencing
  • On-site technical coverage and troubleshooting assistance during the event
If you have any difficulty with the equipment the day of the event, contact the Stern IT Helpdesk at x80180 or helpdesk@stern.nyu.edu.

If your group has arranged for external media services, including photographic coverage, lighting, videoconferenceing, etc., please contact your Event Consultant and keep them informed of the arrangements.
