After the EventCongratulations on your successful event! The event is over; however, the work is not done. Take the time to wrap up the event as outlined below:
- Schedule a meeting to debrief with your event coordinator. This will help you and your team identify the strengths of the event as well as areas to improve for next time.
- Send thank you letters to guest speakers and panelists. Be sure and thank members from other departments that partnered with you on the event.
- Remove easels, banners, posters, and other materials.
