International Study


The Stern classroom transcends borders with international study options and unmatched access from one week up to an entire semester. 

Due to their nature, these courses are almost all taught in person.


Doing Business in... (DBi) Program

One- to two-week intensive courses offered between semesters in January and May and during school breaks.

Stern anticipates adding a new DBi course exclusively for Langone students. The course will be 1.5 credits and include travel for a week in mid- to late-August.

DBi programs are offered around the world. Prior trips include:

Global Courses

The Craft & Commerce of Cinema: This week-long trip to the Cannes Film Festival in France takes place in May after the conclusion of the spring semester. For more information on Professor Al Lieberman, who teaches the course, please see his NYU Stern Faculty Bio.
