About Nikhil Dilip:
Nikhil joined the Management and Organizations department as a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow in 2025. He is interested in researching organizational strategic responses to technological adoption and the labor market effects of technology.
Before joining Stern, Nikhil spent seven years as a software engineer across high-growth software startups and large tech organizations. Prior to that, he graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
