About Youngkyung Kim:
Youngkyung joined the Management & Organizations PhD program in 2025. Prior to her doctoral studies, she earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) from Korea University and an MS in Strategy and International Management from Seoul National University.
Her research interests center on how firms respond to and manage technological change, with a particular emphasis on technological innovation, AI, and entrepreneurship.
