Management and Organizations Department | Youn Baek

Youn Baek is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Management and Organizations Department. His research examines entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategy, with a particular focus on how venture capital, startup accelerators, and other intermediaries shape the direction and performance of entrepreneurial activity. Before joining NYU Stern as a postdoctoral researcher, he earned his Ph.D. in Economics from NYU Stern, an M.A. in Economics from Korea University, and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University.
