Letter Request

Please complete and submit this form to request an official letter from Stern Graduate Financial Aid.

  • Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
  • Letters will be ready for pickup at the Stern Graduate Financial Aid front desk within two business days of the request submission. A staff member will email you at your Stern account when the letter is ready.
  • If you want to be notified by phone or via a different email address, please indicate your preferences in the Additional Instructions area below.
  • If you would prefer that your letter be mailed to you or to the intended recipient, please provide a mailing address in the Additional Instructions area below.
  • If the letter you are requesting will be sent to a third party, you must complete the Information Release Request Authorization Form. No third party Letter Requests will be processed without this completed form.
