- Letters will be ready for pickup at the Stern Graduate Financial Aid front desk within two business days of the request submission. A staff member will email you at your Stern account when the letter is ready.

- If you would prefer that your letter be mailed to you or to the intended recipient, please provide a mailing address in the Additional Instructions area below.
- If the letter you are requesting will be sent to a third party, you must complete the Information Release Request Authorization Form. No third party Letter Requests will be processed without this completed form.
