2016 ISP Competition

ISP Competition finalists posing with professors and Dean Menon
One semester long course, an unforgettable business trip, and one final competition. This is #SternISP.

The Edward and Nancy Barr Family International Studies Program (ISP) is one of the most talked about courses at Stern.

The semester-long business strategy course includes an international trip to one of three cities – Ho Chi Minh City, Lisbon, or Santiago.  During the trip, students explore the culture of the city and visit a local company. Upon their return, they work in teams to put together a business plan and present it in class. Plans are assessed by faculty and teaching fellows, and the top three teams are then invited to present at NYU's Skirball Center in front of a panel of faculty and alumni judges and the entire junior class at the ISP Competition Finals.

This year's winners were Janice Leung, Dominique Nguyen, Jason Ou, Kunal Patel, and Lauren Tai who all traveled to Santiago and visited Codelco.
