Lindsay Loyd (she/her) is the Executive Director of MBA Admissions, leading admissions for the Full Time MBA programs at Stern. She joined NYU Stern in 2023 after a 20-year career in financial services.

Favorite NYC activity: "I love scoring a good rush ticket for a Broadway show."

Lauren Calio (she/her) is a Senior Director of MBA Admissions, overseeing enrollment management and strategy for Stern’s Full-Time MBA programs. Prior to joining Stern in 2017, Lauren held roles in corporate and social event planning as well as account management.

Why did you join MBA Admissions: "I wanted the next phase of my career to be in a field where I can impact the trajectory of people's lives."

Jessica Keating (she/her) is a Director of MBA Admissions. She joined the team in 2015 and oversees the live marketing and customer service teams. Prior to joining Stern, Jessica worked in graduate admissions at Columbia University’s Teachers College and in Hofstra University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission. Jessica graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in English and holds an MSEd in Counseling from Hofstra University. 

Latest Hobby: "Listening to audiobooks."

Matthew Moll (he/him) is a Director of MBA Admissions, focused on digital marketing. Prior to Stern, Matthew worked in education reform, politics, government, and as an entrepreneur. 

Latest Hobby: "Learning to juggle!"

Adam Smith (he/him) is a Director of MBA Admissions. He is an undergraduate alum of NYU's College of Arts and Science and earned his MBA from Stern in 2018. 

Latest Hobby: "Learning to crochet. I recently finished my first blanket and am looking for my next big project."

Catherine DiMarzo (she/her) is a Senior Associate Director of MBA Admissions. While she helps recruit students for all Stern's MBA programs, she works primarily with students interested in the two Focused One-Year MBA programs. Before Stern, Catherine worked in undergraduate admissions counseling.

Favorite NYC activity: "Walking along the Hudson River."

Erica Hartsfield (she/her) is a Senior Associate Director of MBA Admissions, focused on digital marketing. Erica also works on initiatives to support military applicants, including the Fertitta Veterans MBA Program. Erica got her MPA from NYU Wagner, and worked in corporate recruiting and HR prior to Stern. 

Why did you join MBA Admissions: "I'm passionate about making access to higher education accessible to more people."

Sita Haddock (she/her) is an Associate Director of MBA Admissions. Sita joined NYU in 2018. Outside of work, Sita enjoys catching up on Bollywood movies and music, playing flute, and visiting her family around the globe. Sita earned her Bachelor’s in Political Science from Reed College and her Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from NYU Wagner.

Latest Hobby: "I'm a flute player and have been playing since elementary school. I currently play with a wind ensemble in Brooklyn."

Nedjee Corriolan (she/her) is an Assistant Director of MBA Admissions, focused on digital marketing. She has been a member of the Stern community since 2021 and is currently pursuing her MBA in the Langone Part-time program (MBA '26). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.

Favorite NYC Activity: "Trying out new food trucks. Being part of the city’s amazing food scene is always a highlight."

Bintou Cissé (she/her) is a Coordinator of MBA Admissions, focused on live marketing. She previously worked in NYU’s Business & Society Program, coordinating global immersion curriculum planning, external reviews, and budget management.
