  • Basic Utilities -- Local phone access, Ethernet internet connection, basic cable TV, central air/heat, electricity and water
  • Private Bathrooms -- Bathroom comes equipped with a standing shower in each suite
  • Kitchen -- Efficiency kitchen is complete with new appliances including two cooking burners, microwave oven, sink and refrigerator
Residents are expected to provide their own bed linens (extra long twin size; 80 inches), blanket, pillow, towels, television, cable connectors, stereo, phone, lamp, clock, kitchen supplies and other personal items.
