Marilyn Densel Fulton (MBA, '87) is a Leveraged Finance executive and Sustainable Finance specialist. She is a former Managing Director and Co-Head of ING's Acquisition Finance group in the Americas. ING is a major financial institution headquartered in the Netherlands. The firm's US Acquisition Finance team provides private equity sponsors with underwritten structured acquisition financing, expansion capital, and working capital solutions for their portfolio companies. At ING, Marilyn also served as the Sustainability Lead for the team, partnering with private equity sponsor clients to champion, guide, and lead delivery of sustainable finance solutions that promote long-term value creation. 

Prior to ING, Marilyn held numerous roles in financial institutions, including Treasury, Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Workouts & Restructuring, and Trading.

Marilyn completed her MBA at Stern with a concentration in Finance and holds a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability Analytics from Columbia University. After recently retiring from banking, Marilyn joined NYU Stern CSB as an Executive in Residence, supporting a number of workstreams and projects focused on sustainable value creation in Private Markets.
