Associate Research ScholarFull-Time Position

The NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business (CSB) seeks to hire an Associate Research Scholar to support work on the Sustainable Market Share Index and other initiatives advancing the research of consumer purchase patters for products marketed as sustainable.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and coding IRI data to report on shares, trends, and growth of sustainable products. They will support the Senior Scholar in novel research identifying best practices for sustainability comunication in collaboration with a leading global communications firm, and coalesce findngs into presentations and reports.

Associate Research Scholar (ROSI) - Full-Time Position

The NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business (CSB) seeks to hire a full-time Associate Research Scholar, preferably with finance and accounting experience, to play an active part in growing the team’s research and delivering practical solutions for sustainability practitioners and investment professionals.

The Associate Research Scholar will be working directly with the Senior Research Lead and the Senior Scholar focusing on our ROSI™ (Return on Sustainable Investment) methodology.

Project Associate II - The New York State Project Manager for FoodMap NY

The New York State (NYS) project manager for FoodMap NY, hired through Cornell, will play an instrumental role in the Invest New York City Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) initiative to develop projects that contribute to the growth of a more equitable local and regional food production and distribution system in New York State. 

The project manager will work closely with the initiative’s leaders at Cornell and the Stern Center for Sustainable Business (CSB) at New York University. The project manager will serve as the point person for all NYS food and health projects, managing timelines and coordinating with the relevant partners, advisors, and consultants. To further support our participatory planning process, the project manager will act as the team’s physical liaison at the NYS level, being available to visit project sites and meet with collaborators.

Undergraduate Work Study Intern - Student Position

The NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business (CSB) seeks to hire an Undergraduate Work Study Intern to support the CSB team with a range of administrative and office tasks. 

The selected candidate will help edit the CSB website, draft social media posts, and update and maintain the contact databases and job board.
