Speaker Bios:
Dietrich Becker is partner and co-president of Perella Weinberg Partners. He earned a law degree from Cologne University and an MBA from NYU Stern. Dietrich is an M&A specialist with an almost 30-year focus on complex European and cross-border public market M&A transactions, raid and activist defense and strategic transformation of manufacturing companies. Prior to co-founding Perella Weinberg Partners in 2006, Dietrich co-headed Global Industrial investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

Raghu Sundaram is Dean and the Edward I. Altman Professor of Credit and Debt Markets at New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Prior to this role, he served as Vice Dean for MBA Programs and Online Learning. As Dean and Vice Dean, Raghu has led the launch of multiple new degree programs, including two one-year MBA programs, a number of specialized master’s programs, and the extension of the School’s New York City-based Executive MBA program to Washington, DC. He has overseen Stern’s entry into online education and the establishment of several new, high-profile initiatives at the intersection of entrepreneurship and technology. Raghu has taught at Stern since 1996 and has authored two books and published extensively in leading academic journals.
