It’s been some time since we gathered at Hill Country – and many have asked when we might
return for their authentic rendition of Central Texas’ legendary meat-markets-cum-barbecue-joints.

Eponymously named for the Hill Country of Texas, the restaurant pays homage to the distinctive, dry-rub style of barbecue the region is known for.

Bring an appetite for the All You Can Eat selection of brisket, market chicken, pork spare ribs,and sides.

Cost: $40 per person
Includes All You Can Eat menu and gratuity – brisket, market chicken, pork spare ribs and choice of sides. Beverages are extra and will be billed individually.
