Jing Fong has been a New York institution since 1978, specializing in dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. Our Lunar New Year celebration will showcase the restaurant of fellow NYU Stern alumnus Truman Lam (BS '06), a third-generation owner.
The dinner will be a parade of dim sum dishes, served family-style, including:

- Har Gow
- Siu Mai
- BBQ Roast Pork Bun
Main
- Honey Walnut Prawns
- Cantonese Crispy Garlic Chicken (boned in)
- Steak Filet with Chinese Broccoli
- Braised Tofu with Mushroom (Vegan)
- Chinese Broccoli with Fresh Garlic (Vegan, GF)
- Vegetable Lo Mein (Vegan)
- Double Crispy Crab Fried Rice
Dessert
- Fruit Platter
- Sesame Balls
Beverage
- Tea
- Iced Water
Cost: $65 per person. Includes dinner and gratuity. Alcohol and other beverages are extra and will be billed individually.
Guests: You are welcome to invite one guest.
Dress Code: Attendees are encouraged to wear red in honor of Lunar New Year.
