Lunar New Year Dim Sum Celebration in Chinatown

Join the NYU Stern Food & Wine Alumni Group on Thursday, February 1st to celebrate Lunar New Year at Jing Fong in Chinatown.
Jing Fong has been a New York institution since 1978, specializing in dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. Our Lunar New Year celebration will showcase the restaurant of fellow NYU Stern alumnus Truman Lam (BS '06), a third-generation owner.
The dinner will be a parade of dim sum dishes, served family-style, including:
Starters
- Har Gow
- Siu Mai
- Pork Bun
Main
- Honey Walnut Prawns
- Cantonese Crispy Chicken (boned in)
- Pepper Steak
- Braised Tofu with Mushroom (V)
- Chinese Broccoli with Fresh Garlic (V)
- Vegetable Lo Mein (V)
- Double Crispy Crab Fried Rice
Dessert
- Fruit Platter
Beverage
- Tea
Cost: $65 per person. Includes dinner and gratuity. Alcohol and other beverages are extra and will be billed individually.
