Inaugural ribbon-cutting for the new Anand Khubani Business, Technology and Entrepreneurship (Khubani BTE) Program at NYU Stern

NYU Stern recently hosted a milestone celebration for the Khubani Business, Technology and Entrepreneurship (BTE) undergraduate degree program. The event honored the inaugural class graduating this May and recognized the visionary generosity of Anand (Andy) Khubani (BS ’89), founder and CEO of Ideavillage Products Corp. Last year, Stern received a landmark gift from Mr. Khubani’s company in support of the BTE program. In recognition of this gift, the School has named the program—one of the most successful in Stern’s history—the Khubani BTE Program.
Professor Ashish Bhatia welcomed a packed audience of Mr. Khubani’s colleagues, industry peers, friends, and family, along with students from the Khubani BTE Program. The event began with a warm introduction by Arianna Khubani—Stern alumna and Mr. Khubani’s daughter—followed by a dynamic conversation led by his son, Jaedon Khubani, who also studied at Stern and is currently Vice President of Business Development at Ideavillage. Their dialogue offered an insightful look into Mr. Khubani’s entrepreneurial journey, highlighting the vision, resilience, and principles that have fueled his remarkable success.
Following the fireside chat, Mr. Khubani generously gifted copies of the industry books that have guided his career, along with a special Khubani BTE-branded hat to all attendees.
