The Stern Corporate Ambassadors Program held a fireside chat with Professor Suzy Welch for Stern alumni working at J.P. Morgan. Welcome remarks were given by Inna Semenchuk (MBA ’93), Managing Director, Global Head of Investment Risk and Analytics, Global Private Bank at J.P. Morgan.
Moderated by Fei-Fei Zhang (BS ’12), Managing Director, Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, the discussion featured insights from Professor Welch’s book Becoming You, which explores how individuals can align their values, aptitudes, and interests to build more purposeful and fulfilling lives and careers. The conversation offered practical frameworks and thought-provoking perspectives for professionals at every stage.
